You can find Daal on just about any South Asian dinner table. It’s a widely shared and well-loved lentil-based stew. An easy and filling meal on its own, Daal also pairs well with meats, vegetables, potatoes––everything!

Paro’s Daal is made with a sweet and earthy blend of spices and quick-cooking red lentils, which are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and iron.

Warm, nourishing, and great for your gut (and soul), Kitchari is THE staple comfort food that our moms used to feed us when we were craving a home-cooked meal. Great as a side or on its own.
